Creamy tomato and roasted pepper soup with saffron cream served

with a mini grilled smoked gorgonzola sandwich

Pork Tostada

Crisp corn tortilla topped with slow roasted pork in mole sauce, pickled veg slaw

and avocado cilantro crema – house made hot sauce
